Before entering the world of home businesses and internet marketing, I was a traditional new product and business development professional. I’ve earned (on average) a very nice income – but certainly not enough to retire early, drive the cars I wanted to drive, own the house(s) I wanted to own, or live a “wealthy/financially free” lifestyle. While I’ve experienced a few major business ‘wins’ during 25+ years of working sixty hour weeks – I learned that the only thing I could truly count on was change and a constant battle with the establishment. Several years ago I decided that I was fed up with the traditional rat race and needed to start working smarter not harder, to stop trading my time for money and start leveraging my talents in an industry that allowed me to control my own destiny.

Anyway….after carefully considering many options, I made the decision to look for an online business that would allow me to not only earn a lot of money, but to free some time up for me to spend with my family, doing the things we enjoy most. To me the internet is the great equalizer with income opportunities at all levels for people from all backgrounds in any part of the world. You certainly can’t say that about most other industries.

Now I won't lie, my first internet business venture did not go so well. In fact, I probably hit every pot hole any online business could offer (simply it was the wrong opportunity, at the wrong time, with the wrong people, for the wrong reasons.) However, that experience laid the foundation for my current success, and taught me the keys to choosing and running a successful online enterprise. More importantly, it made me committed to coach, train, mentor and value the partnership that automatically exists with any who choose to join me in my business. I would never want anyone to experience the sheer deception I experienced in my first venture.

So anyway, although I did take some time off, I didn’t give up and continued to search (knowing there are a lot of scams and crooks out there) for an opportunity that gave me the training and systems necessary to generate Passive and Increasing levels of Income.

After plodding through tons of information, I found a credible and trustworthy mentor to guide me through this turbulent world of online marketing and passive income programs. I've been able to cultivate a few great business relationships with some incredible achievers in this business. A few are actually Seven Figure Earners! Notice that I didn’t say “program” or “system” as if that is everything. Yes, systems are very important, but in truth once you learn HOW TO MARKET ONLINE, you can be successful with almost any program.

The system simply becomes a tool you use. Of course when you combine a great program/system with the knowledge of how to market – well the results can be awesome where $50k – $100k months become routine!

With their help I was able to learn at such an unbelievable rate. What would have taken years only took months. I have learned from their trial and error; in addition to Mine!!

Through their efforts I was able to implement what works and NOT waste anymore time and MONEY with what doesn’t. This is where most businesses fail because they can’t learn fast enough. They run out of money before they figure out what works for them. Don’t let this happen to you, because as soon as you get it right, you will be enjoying your time and money the way you want to!

Hobbies and Interests

We’re all huge sports fans. Primarily a football family as we follow our favorite college (Auburn University) and Pro (Tennessee Titans) teams, but we’ll lock into almost any sporting event if the opportunity exists including high school teams sports Vandy basketball and Predators hockey. We’re also all into health and fitness as a lifestyle & I enjoy running (@ 4 miles a day) to keep in shape.

With 4 ladies in the house who like to shop, we have more shoes, bags and ‘fashion’ accessories that should be allowed by law! We’re also all Mac gadget freaks – with everyone equipped with Mac Books, iPods, cameras, videos and the like.

With 5 cars and drivers all going different directions we enjoy our freedom – but also truly love time when we’re all together hanging out or having coffee at Starbucks.

Anyway, enough about me – lets move to the business aspects, which is why you’re really here.

So what is one of the keys I learned very quickly that allowed me and so many that I have worked with be so successful online???

Leverage!

One of the most powerful concepts I learned from the top mentors I have worked with is to create financial freedom in my life would require using leverage.

Truly understanding this concept is what separates the poor and middle class from the wealthy.

So what is leverage, really?

Simply put, leverage is doing more and more with less and less!

Less of what? Less time...less effort...less energy...less worry...less investment.

More of what? More income...more results...more value...more free time.

If you're currently trading your TIME for MONEY, you can only exchange about 14–15 hours a day and only earn so much (and you're literally selling your life and not using leverage). But if you can LEVERAGE your time and use “systems” set up that run on their own, in an environment which has no walls or barriers – there's virtually no limit to how much you can earn.

So...the true secret to living an abundant life is not to get a great job, but to learn how to leverage your life. To
work Smarter – not Harder! This has obviously been made more and more possible by having the internet at
our finger tips...

Isn't it time YOU started to work smarter by leveraging your time with online marketing systems to make money?

As far as specific business is concerned, I don't think there is one magic secret that will give you all the answers. I think that there are basics and fundamentals that will help you build a successful business. The proper mindset is the hidden key that many are looking for however.

Just think of the opportunity we have before us now. We have the world at our finger tips. Literally…the World Wide Web… more like the World Wide Cash Machine. Think of how many customers or clients we can offer our services too. Truly Amazing!

All we need to know is How to access it, knowing that if we follow those who’ve figured it out, success is inevitable. Once we know that we can earn as much as we want using leverage from systems and programs that make it available 24/7.

Well.....how do you access it you might ask? Very simply... it is Online Marketing.

If you can become a master at this, then you will never have to worry about your finances again. What I mean is Effective Online Marketing – not just throwing a bunch of money into the website and buying leads. I mean using as little cash as possible to generate the biggest return. Yes, there are still costs associated with marketing of any sort. Whether the cost is time or money, there is always a cost. What you want to be is conscious of the returns you're receiving from your efforts.

Effective Online Marketing is a learned skill. What amazes me is that we don’t think twice about dropping 4–5 years of our life and $25 – $100k into getting a college degree. A piece of paper that doesn’t even guarantee you a job or any decent level of income. If we would spend a fraction of that time and money focused on Online Marketing and proper training – I’d guarantee you a six figure income!

Back to online marketing...the trap that many fall into, as I eluded to before, is that they run out of money before they figure out what works best. This is one of the biggest reasons that you should always go into a new venture with someone who is already doing what you want to do. They can provide the help and guidance that can make the difference between success and failure.

For those who join me in any business, I offer my knowledge, education and experience in this extremely important arena. See, if you can master the art of marketing then it doesn't really matter what program you have. Programs will come and go but the understanding of how to effectively market will last forever.

What I have done is set up my business to be as Passive as possible. Now my business isn't 100% passive, but I have built it so that I only deal with individuals that have an interest in a product or opportunity that I'm involved in. I don't chase people or hound my friends and family or anyone else for that matter. I don't have to "cold call" lists of leads for hours upon hours. I NEVER buy leads! By setting up these systems those that come to me already know a little about me and understand that I am a real person and am serious about their success and business. The beauty of all of this is that now I only speak to those who want to speak to me.
